Here are examples of our basic Maintenance Contracts:
Bronze
- €60 per
calendar month, includes checking backup data plus 30 minutes of support per month.
- €5 for each
additional 15 minutes of support.
- 24/7 support same as Standard and Out of hours rates.
Silver
- €100 per
calendar month, includes backup of data each week plus 45 minutes of support per month.
- €4 for each
additional 15 minutes of support.
- 24/7 support (additional 5 euros per week)
Gold
- €200 per
calendar month, includes backup of data more than once a week and 60 minutes of support.
- €3 for each
additional 15 minutes of support.
- 24/7 support.
